COVID -19 UPDATE:
We are encouraging local businesses to complete our online form below to indicate whether their business is currently vacant due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Under the Ontario Government’s Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA) only essential business are legally allowed to stay open. As a result several local businesses are currently closed and vacant.
Businesses can complete the online business/property contact form below or update their current information. This information will be used to ensure our Service has the most up-to-date and accurate key holder records for the business/property should police need get in touch with the key holder and attend while the business is vacant or closed. Contact information is kept confidential and will help our Service deal with matters relating to the property in an efficient and effective manner.
For new users:

- Next to where it says “Business Name” please type the name of the business.
- If the business is currently vacant and closed, next to Business Name please type “COVID-19 Business Currently Vacant”
- Complete the rest of the form and click on “send”
