Warrant Arrest

 A 46-year-old Peterborough man wanted on a warrant was arrested Tuesday afternoon.

At approximately 12:38pm on August 29, 2023, an officer was on an unrelated call for service and observed a male walking in the area of George Street and Rink Street. The officer recognized the male and was aware of an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

As a result, a 46-year-old Peterborough man was arrested on the strength of the warrant and released on an appearance notice. The accused is scheduled for court on September 19, 2023.
