Good Samaritan
The Peterborough Police Service would like to thank a Good Samaritan after an incident on the weekend.
On Saturday a resident located a satchel in a parking lot in the area of Lansdowne Street and Park Street. It contained identification, credit cards and several thousand dollars in cash. The Good Samaritan turned the bag in to police.
Officers were able to locate and return the property to the rightful owner, who was extremely thankful.
Sudden Death
The Peterborough Police Service was called to a sudden death at the King Street Parkade on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 just after 11:00pm. The death is not a criminal matter.
