Mischief Arrest – Business
A 25-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after an incident at a local business Wednesday night.
At approximately 11:45pm on May 26, 2022, officers were notified of an alarm call to a business in the area of Lansdowne Street West and Webber Avenue. Upon arrival, officers noticed a door had been smashed and a man with minor injuries walking near the building.
As a result of an investigation, a 25-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
- Mischief under $5000
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, June 15, 2022.
Break & Enter - Business
Peterborough Police are investigating a break and enter at Peterborough business early Friday morning.
At approximately 2:15am on May 27, 2022, officers were called to a business in the Erskine Avenue and The Queensway Avenue area about a break and enter in progress. Upon arrival, officers and K9 checked the property and immediate area, but the suspects had fled.
