Homicide Investigation
The Peterborough Police Service is investigating after a Peterborough woman was killed early Friday morning.
At approximately 2:30am on June 2, 2023, officers were called to the area of Wolfe Street and Aylmer Street about reports of multiple gun shots. Upon arrival officers located a victim who was taken to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre and later pronounced dead.
There will be a large police presence in that area for the investigation. Please stay away from the area if you do not need to be there.
