Homicide – Park Street South
Peterborough Police continue to investigate after a shooting on Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 1:00pm on April 20, 2022, officers were called to a residence in the Park Street South and Lansdowne Street area. Upon arrival, two victims with gunshot wounds were located.
A 31-year-old Mississauga man succumbed to his injuries at hospital and a 29-year-old Mississauga male was also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Peterborough Police are currently looking for four suspects described to police as male, between 20 and 30 years old and may be from out of town.
Public safety is the number one concern of Peterborough Police however, it’s believed that the victims and the persons responsible are associated with each other and there is no concern for public safety at this time.
