Utter Threats/Breach of Probation Charge:

A 46-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after an incident that occurred on May 4, 2022 at 6 pm. The complainant was sitting on the front porch of their residence and observed the accused walking past on the sidewalk. As the accused walked past he turned towards the complainant and yelled profanities and uttered a threat.

Police were contacted and initiated an investigation. As a result of the investigation police arrested the accused Kevin Goudreau of Peterborough. Goudreau has been charged with one count of Utter Threats and one count of Breach of Probation. Goudreau was released and will appear in court on May 24, 2022.
