Break and Enter Arrest
A 41-year-old Peterborough woman is facing charges after an incident Tuesday night.
At approximately 9:30pm on February 4, 2025, officers were called to a break and enter at a residence in the Stewart Street and King Street area. Upon arrival, officers learned that an unknown female had entered the home and was still inside. Officers entered the home and took the woman into custody.
As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old Peterborough woman was arrested and charged with:
- Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused is currently bound by a probation order with the following conditions: to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, February 5, 2025.
