Assault Arrest

A 44-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges in connection with several domestic incidents.

On Monday, September 25, 2023, officers were made aware of several incidents between 2021 and 2023 in which a female victim was shoved, struck in the head, and verbally threatened. 

As a result of the investigation, a 44-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:

  • Assault X2
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm-Spousal

The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, September 26, 2023.
