Uttering Threats Arrest
A 32-year-old Castleton man is facing charges after an incident Monday evening.
At approximately 10:00pm on March 20, 2023, officers were called to a residence in the Goodfellow Road and Sherbrooke Street area about an unwanted person. Upon arrival, officers learned that an ex-partner was refusing to leave the home and had verbally threatened the victim. Officers were able to take the man into custody without incident.
As a result of the investigation, a 32-year-old Castleton man was arrested and charged with:
- Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm-Spousal
The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, March 21, 2023.
