Break & Enter Arrest
A 35-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after an incident Wednesday evening.
At approximately 8:15pm on January 22, 2025, officers were called to a building on George Street North and Brock Street about two unwanted people. Upon arrival, officers learned that one person was still inside. While checking the building, officers located that person and took them into custody.
As a result of the investigation, a 35-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
- Break, Enter a place - with intent to commit indictable offence
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Other Drugs
The accused is currently bound by a probation order with the following condition: to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, January 23, 2025.
