Break and Enter Arrest
A 33-year-old Peterborough man is facing a break and enter charge after an incident this week.
At approximately 6:20pm on Thursday, September 21, 2023, officers were made aware of a break and enter at an apartment. They learned the suspect had been staying with the victim and when the victim returned home found items missing. Through investigation, officers learned that some of the stolen items had been sold and that the suspect was also wanted on warrants.
As a result, a 33-year-old Peterborough man was arrested on the strength of the warrants and further charged with:
- Break, Enter dwelling house - commit indictable offence
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court October 10, 2023.
