On February 8, 2023, members of the Peterborough Police Service Criminal Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at a Peterborough residence where various electronics were located and seized.
As a result of the investigation, a 54-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
- Possession of Child Pornography.
The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, February 8, 2023.
The Peterborough Police Service is a member of the Provincial Strategy to protect children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the internet.
