Sudden Death

Peterborough Police are on scene in the area of Rubidge Street and Townsend Street. 

Around 9:30am on May 1, 2023, officers were called to the area about a sudden death. 

There will be police activity in the area as Peterborough Police assists with the Coroner’s investigation.  

Any further details will be released when available.

Crime Stoppers provides citizens with a vehicle to anonymously supply the police with information about a crime or potential crime of which they have knowledge. Cash rewards are offered to people who call the program and their information leads to an arrest.
