Aggravated Assault Arrest
A 15-year-old Peterborough female is facing a charge after an incident over the lunch hour yesterday.
At approximately 12:00pm on March 7, 2024, officers were called to the parking lot of St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church in the area of Hilliard Street and St.Pauls Street in Peterborough on reports of a disturbance involving a large group of young people.

Police Presence and Investigation
There will be Peterborough Police presence in the area of Hilliard Street and St.Pauls Street in Peterborough for an investigation.
Just after 12:00pm, officers were called to the parking lot of St.Stephen's Presbyterian Church about a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers learned that one person had been stabbed. They were taken to Peterborough Regional Health Centre.

A 40-year-old Peterborough man wanted on a warrant was arrested Wednesday evening.
At approximately 9:10pm on March 6, 2024, officers were called to the Cameron Street and Archibald Avenue area about an unwanted male inside a residence. Fire Investigation
The Peterborough Police Service is investigating after a suspicious fire at an abandoned house in Peterborough.
At approximately 8:20pm on March 5, 2024, officers were called to the area Water Street and London Street about a suspicious fire.
The Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) was used to assist Peterborough Fire to identify hotspots.
